Refund policy

redpaddle products are individually crafted to order and typically processed within 24 hours, with shipments dispatched promptly. Please be aware that delivery times may extend up to 21 days.

Considering the unique nature of our made-to-order items, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such instances, kindly reach out to us at returns@redpaddle.ca within 7 days of receipt, providing a description of the issue and attaching a photograph. If applicable, we'll issue a return authorization, allowing 14 days for the item's return.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Also, be mindful that if items are not returned in their original condition, any loss in value will be your responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Products
redpaddle custom orders are meticulously crafted to your unique specifications, ensuring a one-of-a-kind product tailored to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. Each custom order is made exclusively for you, and as a result, we are unable to facilitate exchanges or refunds. We encourage you to review your customization details carefully before placing your order, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Your satisfaction with your custom order is our top priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, limited edition or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@redpaddle.ca.
